St Thomas Easter Fair: 1820 -1900

'Researching the fair in local newspapers uncovered a wealth of information which form the basis of this essay. It is split into separate chapters: the first dealing with the shifting location of the fair in the nineteenth century and subsequent chapters on each decade from the 1820s to the 1890s.'
