Follow the route at dusk of the Alphington Prisoners from The Gables, along Hangman's Lane to the old Four Way Cross where they were hung from an old Oak tree.

Meet on the wide grassy bank on the opposite side of the road to The Gables at 7 pm sharp.

At the end of this walk we will show you where a 9m-diameter Bronze Age Ring Ditch was excavated.

This is a short walk between a quarter to half a mile long but it does follow a rough narrow lane.

Free for members of the Alphington Local History Group.

Non-members would be welcome to join us but a small charge will be made.
