Exwick Local History Group started in 2008 as a group of local people who were interested in the history of Exwick.
We have been supported by the RAMM Living Here... West of the Exe project in the production of a Local History Trail around Old Exwick which was published in July, 2009.
There is a small steering group who run the group. Anyone who has an interest in the history of Exwick is welcome to join us and meet others with a similar interest.
We hope to organise a variety of occasions when members can meet, including informal occasions for discussion about areas of interest, organised visits or walks, and more formal meetings with speakers. The Group will develop as we find out what our members want.
